At this level, participants will deepen their knowledge of the REBT approach, including how to effectively dispute irrational beliefs, address therapeutic resistance, and work with healthy and unhealthy emotions within this framework.
Level 2 consists of a minimum of 26 hours, divided into 14 hours of theoretical instruction and 12 hours of supervised practice, during which students receive immediate feedback on their performance.
Enrollment Requirements: Successful completion of IAREBT Level 1 (Basic Training in REBT) or a Primary Certificate in RE&CBT from the Albert Ellis Institute.
