At this level, participants will learn the basic principles of REBT, the ABC model, and how to apply them to common emotional and behavioral problems.
Level 1 consists of a minimum of 26 hours, divided into 14 hours of theoretical instruction and 12 hours of supervised practice, during which students receive immediate feedback on their performance.
